    I have been a visitor to Newfoundland 4 times over the last 10 years. Every visit there has included a stop in Brigus to visit the town and relax for at least one or usually two Bluenerry crisp deserts. Last years fellow traveler was my sister Jane and her husband. They are still talking about the great visit here and the marvelous food we had at your restaurant. We will always make this a special stopover for any friends we bring to Nfld.

    Thank you for the great review. Unforturnately for you and others I am not at liberty to release the recipe for The Blueberry Crisp. I have the recipes protected as we are doing research and development for food service sales and also mass marketing through supermarkets. We have had hundreds of requests for the recipe over the years and I sure you can understand that it took it several years to get this recipe so refined for your eating pleasure. Joan
